Filling a scarce-skill mandate for a major South African bank.

Challenge

A major South African bank needed to fill a highly specialised finance role requiring a rare combination of technical depth and financial services experience. The role had been open for several months, and previous recruitment efforts had not produced candidates who met the brief. The hiring team needed a recruiter who understood the specific skill set, not just the job title.

Approach

We took a detailed brief from the hiring manager, mapped the specific technical and commercial requirements, and conducted a targeted search across our financial services network. Every candidate presented was personally vetted against the brief.
