As a qualified Chartered Accountant, Graeme brings a level of technical and commercial understanding to remote hiring that is rare in the recruitment industry. Challenge

A UK-based fintech needed to build out its finance function but was struggling to hire qualified professionals at a price point that made sense for a Series A business. London-based CA-equivalent professionals were commanding salaries that would have consumed a significant portion of the remaining runway. The business needed a solution that did not compromise on quality.

Approach

We identified three qualified South African finance professionals, including a CA(SA) Financial Manager and two Financial Analysts, who were well-suited to the role and open to working remotely for an international business.
